1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to any service offered by Muvva Technologies ("Muvva Fibernet", "we", "us", "our") or by using our website (muvva.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Provided
Muvva Technologies provides the following services subject to these terms:
- Fiber broadband internet (residential and business plans)
- IPTV — 360+ live television channels
- OTT platform access — 26+ apps bundled with select plans
- Dedicated bandwidth / leased line services for enterprises
- Cybersecurity and IT services
3. Eligibility & KYC
Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above residing in our coverage areas in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. New customers must complete KYC verification as required by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) before service activation, submitting valid government-issued identity and address proof.
4. Plans, Pricing & Billing
- All plan prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Plans are prepaid and must be renewed before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice of at least 7 days to the customer.
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card and other available methods.
- No refunds will be provided for partially used billing periods unless the service failure is attributable to Muvva Technologies.
5. Fair Usage & Acceptable Use
All Muvva plans are offered with No FUP (Fair Usage Policy) unless specifically stated in the plan description. Customers agree not to use the internet service for:
- Any illegal activity, hacking, phishing, distribution of malware, or cyber crime.
- Reselling or sharing the connection commercially without prior written approval from Muvva Technologies.
- Excessive bandwidth usage that disrupts network performance for other users.
- Accessing, downloading or distributing copyrighted content illegally.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.
6. Installation & Equipment
- Installation is typically completed within 24–48 hours of successful payment and KYC verification.
- The Optical Network Terminal (ONT), router and cabling provided by Muvva Technologies remain our property unless specifically sold to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for the safe custody of equipment. Damage or loss of equipment due to customer negligence may attract replacement charges.
- Muvva Technologies reserves the right to retrieve its equipment upon termination of service.
7. OTT & IPTV Services
- OTT and IPTV services are bundled with select plans and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective OTT platform providers.
- Muvva Technologies does not control OTT platform content, availability or pricing changes made by platform providers.
- OTT app access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Channel lineups and OTT app availability are subject to change without prior notice depending on content licensing agreements.
8. Service Levels & Outages
We strive to maintain 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance or force majeure events (natural disasters, power failures, regulatory orders) are excluded from the uptime guarantee. In the event of a service outage attributable to us, customers may be eligible for a pro-rated credit. Report outages by calling +91 9000 666 454 or emailing support@muvva.in.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with reasonable notice. Muvva Technologies reserves the right to immediately terminate service without notice in case of:
- Violation of acceptable use policy
- Non-payment of dues
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Provision of false information during KYC
10. Limitation of Liability
Muvva Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant billing period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on muvva.in. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
